It is always good to let clients know how much you
appreciate their business. The Holiday season provides the perfect opportunity
to show appreciation to those instrumental in sustaining the success of your
business. A “thank you” is all it takes.
We set aside a day to visit some of our clients. We took
poinsettias to the individuals we work directly with. The whole KAP Art office went together to meet everyone,
and see where each business was located. Not only did this enable us to put a
face with a name, it allowed us to see where the businesses are located. Having
the knowledge of a face and location makes it easy for us to help each other
out; to pick up or make a delivery, which otherwise would be left to
guesswork.
There are four of us here at KAP Art, and we must have
looked a little like a traveling quartet delivering singing telegrams. Unfortunately, blended harmony is not our forte, perhaps next year (not
really). The holiday season gave
us the perfect excuse to meet with our clients on a different level. Everyone
we visited was open to the brief interruption, brief, being key.
Putting names with faces and voices was beneficial for us since
we all tend to have some sort of contact with each of our clients. There’s
still time to reach out and let your clients know how much you appreciate them.
If you don’t have time to make a personal visit, a phone call, or card is all
it takes to say thank you to those who really do mean a lot to you and your success.
