Weddings, Invitations, and Brides, Oh My!

We are into our second season of weddings. It’s been two years since we started marketing weddings as part of the business. At this time we are working with 7 different bride and grooms. We are happy to say “Bridezilla” has not yet reared her ugly head in a quest for our expertise.

It has become popular for couples to send out Save-the-Date cards. As our lives become busy, early scheduling helps with planning those special events. For destination weddings it provides early notice to arrange vacation time, it also makes it easier to RSVP an event when it is on the calendar in advance. An early count allows couples to better plan for catering, seating, and guest’s accommodations.

One of our brides is from Chicago, and will head back to the Mid-West for her wedding. It really doesn’t matter where the wedding is; our ability to provide for our couples is not limited by location. Another one of our couples plans to tie the knot in Eugene. The bride is from Uruguay. We have corresponded with her through email to create what we hope is her dream package, customized to reflect two individuals from two countries coming together.

The addition of weddings to our repertoire has been positive. Collaborating with our couples has been a fun departure from our normal design pursuits. We look forward to future associations with brides yet to be.

Make sure and check out our wedding website.
