Who you “like” on facebook can provide links to great information.

In the past I have included links to information found on blogger sites. Instead of re-writing the information it seems better to send you to its origin, too much can be lost in translation.

I follow many Social Media Marketers’ facebook pages, blog sites and websites.  They provide me with resources that better my understanding of current social media practices. A favorite blogger Ray Hiltz of NewRyan.com always leads me to useful information, most recently to a blog site: “lifehacker” written by Danny Rubin whose latest post “WriteLess, Say More: The Power of Brevity”. It focused on writing less to say more. I passed it on to my daughter, an excellent writer, to help her as she hunts for her first job after graduating from college. Make those cover letters count!

Obviously I have not followed his advice completely, but in truth have cut down the length of this article substantially.

Or better said…

This article is shorter, after reading his article.

The point of this blog post is to encourage you to take advantage of information that has already been filtered by those you follow. Facebook seems to be the best way to access the links; posts are short and to the point. “Like” the facebook pages of those you follow, their posts automatically show up on your facebook “home” page giving you quick and easy access to informative links.

Do you have links you want to share with us? Post them as a comment here or on our facebook page. Thanks.

  1. This is nice for the Facebook blog posts.
Go to your FB business page and when you are already there, you will have to seek for your page with the label, "Put Your Ad Here" or a green icon that says "Advertise Page".
